Therapy for Black and Brown
Millennials & Gen Z
Ready for Healthier Relationships
You’re self-aware.
You’ve done some reflecting.
You might even be the “emotionally intelligent” one in your circles —
yet relationships still feel harder than they should.

If you’re tired of repeating the same dynamics and want real change (not just coping tips), you’re in the right place!

Amplify Connection Therapy offers trauma-informed, relationship-focused therapy for Black and Brown Millennials and Gen Z adults who want to show up differently in their romantic and platonic relationships.
You're not bad at relationships-
You're carrying patterns.
You might notice:
-
overthinking texts, tone, or conflict
-
giving too much, then feeling resentful or burnt out
-
struggling with boundaries, guilt, or people-pleasing
-
wanting closeness but pulling away when things get real
-
feeling pressure to “heal” but not knowing where to start
These patterns most likely didn’t start with you. They’re shaped by family roles, cultural expectations, and early relationships that taught you how to survive — not necessarily how to feel safe and connected.
Therapy here helps you slow down, get curious, and build relationships that actually feel good.

Meet Marcelle:
I’m Marcelle, a licensed therapist with advanced training in trauma and relationship work. I specialize in supporting Black and Brown Millennials and Gen Z adults navigating identity, intimacy, and connection.

Clients often describe me as grounded, warm, and direct. I offer a space that’s supportive and honest — where you don’t have to perform, minimize, or explain your experience to be understood.

This work is intentional and relational, and it’s built for people ready to show up for themselves differently.

"Marcelle listens well and always picks up on underlying struggles or reasons why I behave the way I do. I appreciate her honesty, especially when she calls out that I have the strength/knowledge to do better. I’ve learned something about myself from every conversation I’ve had with Marcelle."

"She’s so great at sifting through what I share with her and distilling it to simple reflective questions. I feel so much healthier having a safe way to share and to work on giving my mental and emotional health proper attention. We’re always a work in progress, but I’m so proud of the work I’ve done thanks to Marcelle’s guidance and support."

"Marcelle is empathetic, honest, supportive, and understanding. I appreciate her feedback, discussion on the issues I present and am facing in my life, and her insight into my behavior/actions and interpretation of events in my life."
