Connection to Your Clinical Practice
Connection and support is what I believe is the foundation to many things. This includes becoming the clinician you desire. Whether you're just starting out in this journey or been doing it a while, it helps to have another person to help the development.

I have a great deal of experience as a clinician as well as leading others. I welcome you to read more about my professional experience on my LinkedIn. But in addition to all of that, I also think that my perspective on therapy and my own growth in how I provide services to my clients is something that may also help other clinicians, especially BIPOC clinicians, determine your own style in a way that will hopefully continue to feed your excitement about the field.

Here are some topics where you may want support:
-
Showing up as your authentic self while maintaining appropriate boundaries
-
Building confidence in the therapy room
-
Learning foundational tools for therapy
-
Managing the therapeutic relationship including counter transference and cultural humility
-
Exploring interventions to better serve your clients
-
Guidance during sessions when a crisis occurs
-
Documentation review and support
